These Participation Terms apply to all workshops, sessions, retreats, corporate events, and related experiences organised by XJC Solutions S.C., including activities delivered under the Mind·U brand.
By participating in any session or event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Services
Mind·U sessions may include:
Breathwork practices
Conscious movement (primal, somatic, postural)
Sound therapy (including immersive sound baths and handpan sessions)
Biohacks and performance optimisation techniques
Group regulation and experiential exercises
All services are educational and experiential in nature.
They are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that:
Participation is voluntary.
They are responsible for their own physical and mental wellbeing.
They must inform the organisers of any relevant medical, psychological, or physical conditions prior to participation.
Participants with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, epilepsy, severe anxiety disorders, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any other medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before participating in breathwork or movement sessions.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participants understand that:
Breathwork may involve changes in breathing patterns that can cause lightheadedness, tingling, or emotional release.
Movement practices involve physical activity that may carry a risk of minor injury.
Sound therapy may involve prolonged exposure to auditory stimuli.
By participating, individuals voluntarily assume all associated risks.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XJC Solutions S.C. shall not be held liable for:
Injuries, physical discomfort, or adverse reactions arising from participation
Undisclosed medical conditions
Misuse of techniques outside supervised sessions
Liability shall only arise in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
5. Corporate Events
For corporate bookings:
The contracting company is responsible for informing participants of the nature of the activities.
Participants remain individually responsible for assessing their suitability for participation.
6. Modification of Activities
XJC Solutions S.C. reserves the right to modify or adapt session content when necessary for safety, suitability, or group dynamics.
7. Governing Law
These Participation Terms are governed by Spanish law.
